The Time Is Now!

I have been overweight all my life. It is time to do something about it. This is my year. I plan to get it together and be the best me ever by my birthday in 2012. My birthday is August 30th. I will be 55, and I will be awesome!

My Goals:
I want to be strong, beautiful and healthy. I want to be able to dance all night long-without pain-if I want to. But most of all, I want to never have to give myself a shot of insulin again!

Goals to check off my list:
1. Weigh 275 or less
(last weighed that in 1993) 10/24/11 273.7
2. Weigh less than 266-what I weighed when I graduated from HS-1/15/12 264.9

3. Be able to walk to the lake in my neighborhood, around it and back home again.

4. To be able to run-to see if I like it.

15% 253 (Less than I weighed when I graduated from H.S. and no longer morbidly obese) 7/30/12

My Program:
I use my trackers-for my food and exercise. I plan my food-no more unconscious eating. I do 100+ minutes of Cardio 7 days a week and strength training three times a week. We have turned our livingroom from a lounging area to a home gym.

Remember when college kids use to see how many people they could get into a phone booth? Well, you're probably too young to actually remember it, but you might have seen pictures!
