Dont let what U can't do stop U from doing what U CAN

Once and for all. As I take this SparkJourney, I have to add one for all and all for one as well. I have been getting my mind right to take this journey for this is not my first rodeo on the weight loss path. I can remember in my college years, jogging and losing 15 lbs in 2 weeks and that being enough, In my twenties, I had to lose 20 lbs tops still no prob, it was in my 30's that I notice it getting a little tougher still I would lose in a 6 month period and I would eat "Normal" and ...
Once and for all. As I take this SparkJourney, I have to add one for all and all for one as well. I have been getting my mind right to take this journey for this is not my first rodeo on the weight loss path. I can remember in my college years, jogging and losing 15 lbs in 2 weeks and that being enough, In my twenties, I had to lose 20 lbs tops still no prob, it was in my 30's that I notice it getting a little tougher still I would lose in a 6 month period and I would eat "Normal" and within 2 to 3 weeks, gain it all back. OMG. My forties I was on a roller coaster, with many pounds to lose, I remember just trying to get to 200 lbs and I could be satisfied, "I never did get there, instead I gave up and now at 280 lbs WHOA. But I have an excuse now, I have hypo thyroid since 1999, so its normal, I can't lose weight, but as my knee begins to give out and I can't even yo yo diet anymore because I can no longer jump on the eliptical for 4 weeks or so and quit, it is even uncomfortable to walk so now what.

I get back up, dust myself off AGAIN and try one mo gin. and if that doesn't work, one more after that and after that and after that. I am done with excuses. I am blessed so far, its only my thyroid, I am borderline high blood pressure but so far I have not crossed into the high "Yet" No diabetes "yet" , so I am blessed and I know it. Having knee pain is a challenge, I can't lie. It prevents me from doing much more than I ever imagined. I will start to pursue other options and we will all see how that turns out. Good Luck to Me!
