Sorry I've taken so long to get back to you, been very busy helping out with the grandchildren...its summertime. Anyway, use the scale, it will keep you honest and make you stick to your plan. I admit I think the thing is evil, but we gotta do it to keep ourselves in check. I've been playing seesaw the last three weeks, I'm very harmonal and its just the pits. I have a way of falling for what my inclinations are at the time, I do forget whats going on this is all new to me...but what the heck. I might be falling from time to time but I'm not going to fall short of my goal. I think I told you about the 30 in 90 challenge...I am late but I've still got time. I went walking today and hit the gym yesterday. I'll be pulling all of my resource people to get them to meet me, help me get it done. Thanks for reading my gripping, get back to me about the scale. I'll get on mine in the morning. Oh yeah, I cut back on the carbs again. My body can't handle much sugar and starch anymore.
I should of proof read before sending the first comment. In the yogurt it should read, find a yogurt that has 7 protein and 100 or less calories, these are at all stores under different brand names like blue bunny lite 85 etc. 3548 days ago
