Hi.. I'm a 56 year old who is determined to get and STAY healthy and fit. I walk exercise and use notebook for a written record of my fitness routine. I restarted my weight loss journey late January 2016 and am at my goal weight. I love my daughter, sailing, the beach, being outside, classical music and theater.

My Goals:
I would like to develop a lifetime fitness routine that I enjoy, not dread. I would love to maitain my current weight!

My Program:
Following weight watchers flex 20 points a day. Trying to exercise for 1/2 to one hour a day. Drinking water.Lots of fruit and vegetables. Limiting sweets and alcohol.Going to one or two weight watchers meeting a week. Weigh myself once a day in the morning!

Personal Information:
I'm from RI and love the ocean :)--~Sailing,boating,beach and fishing.

Other Information:
~Be careful who you marry. From it can come your greatest joy or your greatest sorrow.
~One minor setback is nothing if you really want something and are willing to work for it.

~Make eating purposeful, not mindless. Whenever you put food in your mouth, peel it, unwrap it, plate it and sit. Engage all of the senses in the pleasure of nourishing your body.
~Follow the Chinese saying: "Eat until you are eight-tenths full."

    Going to WW meetings on maintenance, once a week or more if necessary, is an important key in keeping the weight off. And you're doing it! CONGRATULATIONS!
