My goal is to lose this weight that has been weighing me down my entire adult life. I've been working on a lot of other "issues" and this weight one seems to be the last for me to tackle. I'm finally at a place where I think I can make it happen now....
Monday - Run 4 miles Tuesday - Pilates @ YMCA Weds - Run 4 miles Thurs - Pilates/treadmill 30 Friday - Spinning @ YMCA Saturday - Run 5 miles Sunday - OFF!
I am a 45-year-old single mother of 3. I live in California and have recently began to love running after my church joined a World Vision 1/2 Marathon team. I wasn't able to do the 1/2 (did 5K) but I am hoping to next year!!
