My Goals:
Goal 1: To loose weight so I feel good about my size agian.

Goal 2: To be able to excersice with my son and show him that exercise can be fun.

Goal 3: Reach my end goal of reaching 150 lbs. (I don't ever remember being that weight!! :)

Personal Information:
I am married to a wonderful man and have a great son. I love caring for others, which means caring for me gets put on the back burner. I am trying to correct that!! :)

6,000 steps a day IS doing great! I started out at about 3,000, and found ways to work my way up. Getting up every once in awhile and marching in place for about 30 seconds at a time is what helped me build up. Small goals that I could gradually increase was my key to motivation. Keep walking and adding a few steps at a time here and there and you WILL get to where you want to be!
