It's time for a LEMON challenge, GO TEAM!!!!

The time is now ... to lose the weight and be, look and feel healthy again. I'm 54 years old and sooo tired of being tired and overweight. I know that if I don't make changes soon, I will be having to deal with medical problems. I have always been a pretty healthy person until about 20 years ago. The weight came on gradually and I just didn't pay much attention to it. Now, I have close to 115 lbs. to lose to find myself again. I'm so glad I found this SPARKPEOPLE website to educate, ...

My Goals:
* I have to take it one day @ a time.

* FOCUS on ME!!

* Cook my meals at home.

* Eat more veggies and fruits, drink lots of water, re-learn what a normal portion size is.

* Exercise .. and learn to enjoy it.

* Shed 115 pounds of excess weight.

* Be healthy and happy ( :

My Program:
Tomorrow .. I will clean out my refrigerator and kit. cabinets and rid myself of the junk.



I will find some recipes on here and do some grocery shopping.



The biggest change for me will be to cook at home. I have eaten most meals out for a long time now ..... It's time for a change.
