My Goals:
my goals as far as weight loss goes i would love to be at 150 pds because that is what i use to weigh a long long time ago and i really felt good about my self because now i just feel misarable...i have so many cloths i would love to fit into again so im going to do my best and bet back into some of those cloths....

My Program:
well i just started working on my weight for like two and a half weeks now i have lost 12 and a half pounds so far...honestly i really have not did much exercise at all....the only exercise i have had lately is running after my three children..as for what i have been eating:lots and lots of salad,yogurt,eggs and bacon just about anything low carb for now.i just basically want to get a jump start i will change to low fat foods within time but for now things are going pretty well so far....(hope i didn't just jinks myself by saying that!)......

Personal Information:
My name is Rhonda i am from Tampa Fl. but moved to South carolina like four years ago.. only because my parents and my two little brothers and my little sister moved here to be closer to the mountains,but that is diffently not the reason i moved here because i dislike the mountains very much i only came here because i really missed them alot...but im glad im here now...with me i brought along my wonderful husband and my three beatiful children Blake,Caleb,Taiya... ages are 2,4,6 ....

Other Information:
My favorite things to do are spend time with my famliy even if its just means hanging out at home all day....i love to take the kids to chuck'e cheese or to the movies i just enjoy seeing them have a good time....

Hey Rhonda, just a note from King Asa. You have done so well ^j^ ^j^ ^j^ I have a vision of you following your Mom as our Chapter Queen this year. Nobody said it is an easy path, but
TOPS says slow and steady is our way. I believe that from the bottom of my heart. You have a lot of friends on your side Rhonda.

Hi Rhonda,

Just checking in to see how you are doing. I have been keeping up with my exercise this week. My eating not up to par yet. I have to work on that.
YOu are looking great so keep up the great work. Before you know it you will be at your goal weight. Thanks for challenging me in our Tops physical fitness challenge. You are definately giving me a run for my money. LOL
That is a good thing!!
