My Goals:
Physical exceise and active sports make me feel good so i wish to continue doing them.

i want to look in the mirror and like what i see.

My Program:
i work out with a traiiner twice a week and try to do the treadmll twice a week for 25 minutes.
food program... i basically eat well but need to reduce quantity and keep track of what im eating.
biggest challenges...i eat out almost every day ...lunch and dinner...
what i eat and portions are hard to control... mostly no options on what but now plan to make better choices.
