    Hi Shonda! We are all in this together. We will help if we can. Its not so bad. Just watch what you eat. Logging it in really helps you realize what you are eating and as for the exercise just do something. I walk. I LOVE to walk. I started only being able to do 10 min a day. Now I am walking 3 miles a day every day. Good luck on your journey and remember. There are many on that same path with you. Carla
