My Goals:
I want to do a tri in the Spring of 2012.
I would like to get stronger. I wanna run faster...

My Program:
I run 3x per week and do ST a couple of times. I also try to swim once and do zumba once or twice per week

Personal Information:
I have done two half marathons and finally love to exercise. I did not grow up being athletic, so I am pleased that I am now.

Thanks for your comments on my blogs! :) You really would have lol'd at me today during the spinning class... I got the Shock from my sneaker caught in the handle bars during the stretch out!!! I leaned the bike right over, I almost went a$$ over tea kettle, and had to pretend that I had meant to make the loud noise of the bike falling back! My un-coolenss abounds, but positive reinfocements help a lot! :)

Hey girly! I also just added a protein drink to my weight lifting days! Are you using the Oxygen magazine weight lifting circuits?
