Hi... just read your comment to the article about the 'country girls work out'. I currently work retail, and you are right, it IS a work out! In fact, I volunteer to work on shipment to get the extra exercise. We have to lift the boxes, carry the merchandise, rearrange fixtures, break down boxes (that can be an especially good work out in its own if you tackle it with vigor, or frustration!)... You name it, we're running to do it! I've been working there for 18 months, and in the first year I dropped from a size 20 pant to a size 14. I can fit in a 12, but they are still a bit tight. Should we let others know? Or keep it a retail secret??
