Hey! I did the Jillian Michaels : Banish Fat Boost workout today. Oh wow!! It was really hard. I made it through the whole thing, but for several of the exercises I did "modified" versions... it really took a lot out of me. You were right! It is a good workout. Thank you for the suggestion! emoticon

Thank you for your encouragement! I started eating about 1,600 calories a day and I am feeling a lot better now! I have to be at work by 6am so I am usually in bed by 9. I think my body just needs to get used to working out so often. I hope you had a great weekend!
