Sorry it has taken me so long to respond but yes, I do believe YOU CAN DO IT! At first the temptation is there to weigh yourself constantly but it gets easier over time. You have two beautiful children. I also have 2 beautiful children. Those non-scale victories really do matter more than that scale. You'll feel better, you'll look better (though you look beautiful already ;) ) and you'll find activities (especially the ones with energetic children!) get easier to keep up with. Remember losing fat but gaining muscle will make you not see much in the weight on the scale but eventually that weight is rolling off revealing those toned muscles underneath. Just believe in yourself, not the scale.
