Live Well / Live Longer
Being overweight and out of shape has taken a toll on me. I tired easily, had a tough time tying my own shoelaces, and certainly couldn't keep pace with the kids. I loved to eat and smoked a pack of cigarettes a day. It had to stop! And it finally did. I've lost weight, quit smoking, and am improving physically every week.

My Program:
Resistance training three days a week with a 15 minute intense cardio warmup. High intensity cardio four days a week. Hardcore abs twice a week.
