Live Well / Live Longer

Being overweight and out of shape has taken a toll on me. I tired easily, had a tough time tying my own shoelaces, and certainly couldn't keep pace with the kids. I loved to eat and smoked a pack of cigarettes a day. It had to stop! And it finally did. I've lost weight, quit smoking, and am improving physically every week.

Resistance training three days a week with a 15 minute intense cardio warmup.

High intensity cardio four days a week.

Hardcore abs twice a week.

Hi Thanks for your reply to my blog, I have heard about eating little and often before but my work precludes this, we are not allowed breaks other than lunch during the day and I try not to eat after 6pm. It's something I could try at the weekend though which is when that little "eat me" devil seems to be around more.

Hey thanks for stopping by and replying to my page. I have been to the doctor and I am slightly anemic. I found that as long as I am taking extra iron I am pretty good but I don't think that is the problem with me getting up. I actually got up this morning!! I guess talking about it made me really want to reach my goal! lol funny how things work! Any other ideas are truly welcome!! Thanks again!!
