You've made a very important decision, and fortunately, you've come to the right place!
Here you'll find everything you need to achieve your goals. From tons of information, to support and encouragement everywhere you look.
I've been with SP for a little over 3 months now and I feel like this is home to me. People are super friendly and supportive and the site has all the right tools you need in this crazy but very rewarding journey.
I've lost almost 30 lbs with SP now, but at my heaviest (back in 2008) I also weighed 240lbs. I hated it. Now I'm starting to enjoy life again and with SP I've learned soooo much, I wish I knew all this 3 years ago! hehe

Anyway, that was too long for a welcome note hehe.
Good luck, and I'm here if you need anything at all. To vent, to cry, to laugh, to celebrate... anything. That's what this family is all about!
