Hiya!

I'm 40 something, come along way and have a long long long ways to go! Like, Umm.. the rest of my life! *Grins*
I began my journey at 250 lbs. and when I joined SP I weighed in at 186 lbs. . My goal is 140 lbs and some really hot looking black and pink leathers to wear for motorcycle outings. *wink, wink*.
I've learned along the way, you can eat your pizza and enjoy it too!

Hi, I am doing better, kind of fell off the wagon but I am back on now! One of the action steps in the spark diet is to make a motivational collage using pictures, quotes and words that you find in magazines. Anything that will help you stay motivated. Pictures of healthy food(fresh fruits and veggies), women that exhibit the body type your goal is, people working out, and anything else that gives you that motivation. I also included pictures of meditation, getting pedicures, things that show someone getting pampered, gardens, the beach and people in love, since finding a mate is one of my goals as well. Pick things that make you happy. It has been fun. I am still combing threw magazines and once I have enough I will put it all together. Try it and let me know how it turns out! Take care, Michelle
