RG_Rothko's Weight Loss Challenge

My husband's friend from college convinced us to join a weight loss challenge that ends in April. Overall, I'd like to lose about 50 lbs through exercise and healthy eating by October 27 (my 10 year anniversary). My goal for the Biggest Loser FB Edition challenge, ending on April 30th, is 20 lbs. Overall, I'd like to lose about 50 lbs through exercise and healthy eating by October 27 (my 10 year anniversary). My goal for the Biggest Loser FB Edition challenge, ending on April 30th, is 20 lbs. The day after Thanksgiving, I started with a 1200-1500 calorie diet and Jillian Michael's 30-day Shred. After a 2 month-long kitchen remodel and brief stint in the hospital because of a burst hemorrhagic ovarian cyst, I'm trying to catch up by doing Phase 1 of the South Beach Diet for 19 days. I plan to stick with phases 1.5-2 through the remainder of my weight-loss. Wish me luck!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 25 lbs between November 26, 2010 and March 1st, 2011. In total, I'd like to lose 50 lbs by October 27, 2011 (my 10-year wedding anniversary).

My Program:
I plan to eat 1200-1500 calories of healthy food per day (mostly fresh fruits and veggies) and I'm starting with Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred.
