I jogged 4 to 6 miles a day until 9-1-1. After that, I spent years sitting behind a desk running a company, gaining pounds and inches, but as a reward for my service, my position was eliminated! I'm getting in better shape. It feels good, but it's really hard work!!! If you're in shape, DON'T QUIT - it's too hard to gain back what was lost. And don't forget, the bod ain't as young as it used to be!
