Done being lazy

I decided to stop being lazy after having a candid conversation with my wife. We were both unhappy with ourselves and decided to stop sitting around watching tv during most of our free time. So we are now training for a 15K in Jan 2011. I am deployed to Afghanistan right now and training for this 15K has helped me throughout my time here. It also is a goal my wife and I can both work towards while we are seperated. It was a struggle for me to run 3 miles when I first arrived but now 3 ...
