Saw you on another blog. Hi. :) For an easy way to stay motivated try this, this winter. To begin this game, choose the state with the least letters Work out for 10 min per letter. It can be done in a day, a week or whatever you'd like. When you have completed your w/o (ex. Ohio=4 letters x 10 minutes= 40 minutes for Ohio.) shade it in on a map (if you'd like) and announce to us!

This is a really fun game especially if you're playing with other members of your team. You can copy it to yours if you want someone to join you! It has to be CARDIO only though. Walk in place, run, ride etc. (in your home, which is great for winter), or outside. I think this is a fun way to get through the cold months ahead. I am in 'Florida' right now. :) Good time to swim for my cardio points.
