Never Giving Up...Ever!

Hi, I'm Reva. I am 25 and have spent my whole life fat. Since I have never seen myself thin, over the years, I have built up this fear of losing my identity, and have wondered who would be looking back at me in the mirror. #2-279(its not a big difference, but I always get stuck in the 280's)- Goal Met 1/12/12
#3-255 (one quarter of the way there)
#4-249 (yay under 250!)
#5-239 (another 10 lbs!)
#6-218 (half way there!)
#7-210 (only 10 more lbs to onederland)
#8-199!!!!
#9-193( 3/4 of the way there)
#10-175 (into my last 25 lbs
#11-160 (only 10 more lbs to go)
#12-143 (Goal Weight)

My Program:
-Tracking my nutrition
-Taking vitamins daily
-Drinking all the water I can
-Doing a mini workout every morning, including strength training and 15min of cardio
-atleast 30 min of cardio three times a week

Other Information:
My interests i.e. things I would rather be doing than worrying about my weight, include reading (especially Jane Austen), traveling, visiting historic sites (love history), dancing, cooking, and watching old black and white movies

I agree with you about losing your identity. When you are so used to being one way it is hard to imagine being any other way. Good luck and don't lose sight of your dreams!
