You can do it!!

I have a wedding in September where I want to look fabulous! I will lose all this extra "junk"!! I have not been able to lose any weight since I met my husband. I mean I know he loves me and ALL of me but I've used it as an excuse to not do anything about my increasing weight. Now that I've had my son Dominic I can't continue down this path. I mean I know he loves me and ALL of me but I've used it as an excuse to not do anything about my increasing weight. Now that I've had my son Dominic I can't continue down this path. I mean I want to be able to play with him outside and do fun activities with him, plus not to mention just being able to keep up with him once he starts to crawl and move around the house. I'm so excited about Spark People and the awesome support that everyone offers. I know that this time things will be different. I already feel very motivated to work out every day.

My goals are:

Drink 8 8oz glasses of water a day
No snacking in the evening
Work out at least 4 times a week, more if I can
Chose smaller portions
Take out is not an option!!!
Not be hindered by my husband, who has not decided to change his lifestyle but hopefully by my changes he will one day decide to as well!

My Program:
Right now I am eating less food, using the weight watchers pointsplus program mostly as a guidline. I should track my food a little more I think. I'm working out 4-5 times a week for about 45 mins each time doing a rotation of Jillians 2011 Ultimatum for Wii and Walk Away the Pounds work out video. I'm also interested in getting a few more videos, especially the dancing ones they look kinda fun! I'm doing crunches and side crunches every day to work on my midsection.

Personal Information:
I'm 29 year old mother of one boy, Dominic! I'm from Manitoba Canada. I

Other Information:
I love horseback riding and it is one of my motivators for losing weight this time, I fell off before I got pregnant with my son and haven't ridden since. I want to be able to control my muscles when I ride and that way I can move with my horse and have a more enjoyable experience.

Heyyyy, I would love to thank you for your encourgments you said to me! -If there is anything you need of any sort .......you can sure drop by my page and i will help you to best extent that i can! -I was reading over your about me section and to be honest...you have less pounds to do then ME :) -Let that give you a big push girly! -I know that you can do it....If i can do it! -Just remember your worth all this hard work in the end.....and im sure your hubby will be startled! YOU CAN DO THIS! -Keeping up with Dominic is going to an adventure...i have a lot of baby nieces and nephew....soo i know what its like.....let Dominic be your big source of motivation along with your hubby and i belive the new one to come :)

Hey Snow Angel!!! I just wanted to say YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!! I know it's discouraging to be doing everything you are supposed to be doing and not seeing any changes in the scale, but you WILL see changes if you keep it up. Not only that, but you are probably already turning fat into muscle (the scale won't necessarily change when that happens because muscle weighs more than fat) and that means that you are getting healthier! Keep it up and you'll see the changes soon!!!

Good morning fellow Snow Angel! I hope you have a great rest of the week! Good luck on making your goals because I know how difficult it can be. I'm about 67 lbs or so away from mine and it feels like it's taking forever!

Make sure you eat healthy and get some exercise in!
