My primary goal is more than losing weight. It's having the energy to play with my children.
Keeping track of my nutrition (calories, fat, etc) is the first step. Drinking plenty of water and going on daily walks are also a big part of my plan. I'm loving Leslie Sansone's walking DVDs! They keep me moving with a smile on my face.

How are you today… I am great, stupendous, fantastic and a little me today!! I am of sound mind and body (mind maybe, body? _ the jury is still out on that one. The rains have finally cleared out and all is good. I hope everyone has been walking and or/ getting physical (which reminds me of the song, "Lets get physical, physical., lets get physical,......." ---as I get older there is ALWAYS a song that pops into my head for the most mundane words
So I gues the reminder of the day is.........can I hear a drum roll please, --- no NOT pizza roll [ there are no drum emoticaons ] GET PHYSICAL!!! You know move your bum, move your feet, tap your toes, anything that gets you moving!!
