My Goals:
My primary goal is more than losing weight. It's having the energy to play with my children.
My Program:
Keeping track of my nutrition (calories, fat, etc) is the first step. Drinking plenty of water and going on daily walks are also a big part of my plan. I'm loving Leslie Sansone's walking DVDs! They keep me moving with a smile on my face.

Hey you, I am so glad to here from you. I saw one of you blogs that you did the ADA walk. Good for you I was going to this year but my in-laws moved back from FL that weekend which plugged up my plans. Maybe next year. BTW how are you doing? and I love your star(fish) Have a great weekend
