Starting again.

Rewinding time to go back 3 years to how I felt after losing 159lbs on WW. A health condition added to life's normal interruptions led to my 54lb weight re- gain. I joined Spark hoping to stop further damage and turn back time to when I was my healthiest weight in my entire life.

Love your nutrition tracker! It looks like you are putting in some hard work! Remember exercise is referred to intentionally scheduled movement....Things we do everyday usually are just included in our daily calories burned by our lifestyle. I love to see you jogging!
