My Personal Reasons to Exercise

1. When I exercise, it makes me feel productive. That feeling carries over, motivating me to be more productive in other areas. When I exercise, I get more done in my day.
2. When I'm exercising regularly, I have more body confidence. I feel that changes are happening even though they might be going slowly. I just view my body differently, and I'm more forgiving of it.
3. When I exercise in my fitness room, that is a space in the house ...
My Personal Reasons to Exercise

2. When I'm exercising regularly, I have more body confidence. I feel that changes are happening even though they might be going slowly. I just view my body differently, and I'm more forgiving of it.
3. When I exercise in my fitness room, that is a space in the house that is all mine. I have decorated it exactly as I wanted it to be. I can go up there and be by myself, which is nice sometimes.
4. When I exercise in the morning, I can easily drink my first 2 cups of water, and the other 6 are much easier to meet throughout the day.
5. When I continue to exercise, things that used to be hard for me become easy. I can feel my body getting stronger and it is capable of doing more. This is exciting!

My Personal Reasons to Eat Right
1. When I eat right, I have more energy for my workouts.
2. When I eat right, my stomach doesn't get sick and I don't wind up ill in the bathroom.
3. Eating a variety of healthy foods is actually a more appealing idea than eating french fries every day of the week.

Yeah, not something I want to eat everyday, but after more than a week of being extra-super strict on my eating plan, I NEEDED to cut loose!

We're taking boss lady out for sushi for lunch.YAY!

3 pounds to go! Although, I still feel doughy, so likely will not change up my program much once I get there...we'll see what my body fat is at my next Max Muscle appointment...

Right now, I feel sticky / blotchy, but she said that when I shower in the morning, it will even out. It turned out pretty good. I asked my hair dresser of a good place to go and she said the important thing is that you go to a place where they air brush you, not the ones where you step into a machine.

It was $40 plus tip, but it's supposed to last 2 weeks.
