* As of January 2, 2013 I am a vegan (as best I can be). * I am trying to be positive. * Stay closer to nature. * Do cardio 5-6 times a week (up to an hour) * Do yoga 4-6 times a week * Do Pilates 2-3 times a week (starting in Feb, when I re-join the gym) * Stay POSITIVE. * Do NOT beat myself up if/when I screw up. * Want to work on 2 lbs a week, not a date/goal...CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY... Wish me luck!
