I just want to feel fit, healthy, and powerful again. It's been too long!

My Goals:
Long-term goal: get back to 125 - I really think I can do it!! Then I get to go on a shopping spree.

3/10/11: I've changed my goal to 120 - which I always wished I was. Now I know there's no reason I can't do it!

Short-term goals:
142 new sneakers DONE
139 new sports bra DONE
136 new sports bra DONE

Since I've hit the above weights, at 130 I get an evening out with DH - dinner AND a movie. DONE

Short-term goal: get to the end of Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. Then I get to start Hip Hop Abs. DONE

125 New linens for bed.

120 Hair treatment.


Get some kind of exercise every day.

Do a real workout at least four times a week, weights or video.

Keep my cholesterol down. No meds ever!

Drink wine no more than once a week except on vacation.

Keep my house clean enough that I'm never embarrassed if someone drops by.

Be consistent with my kids - do they ha


My Program:
Drink 8 glasses of water a day.

Ride as close to every day as possible.

Lift weights and/or do a video at least four times a week.

Be conscious of getting enough sleep.

Walk at least 4 nights a week.

Post my weight every Wednesday - good or bad.



Personal Information:
Originally from New York, we've been living in Boulder since 1998. Three kids 12, 10, and 8, the nicest people in the whole wide world. I'm homeschooling the 10-year-old until middle school. We have three dogs and two horses.

    Doing good. Trying to get back on track but making progress. Ran my first 5k since last fall a few weeks ago and managed to make my back mad which has put me out of commission for a couple of weeks. That's what I get for heading to the beer garden rather than stretching! ;) How about you?
