Hey! How was your week? I love getting your posts, they're always so encouraging . My workouts have been going really well lately. I've been doing longer workout sessions. Before I was only working out for about 40 minutes total. Now I've been doing 40 minutes of weights and 40 of cardio.
My biggest problem is that I keep going over with my calories. I really want to focus this week on staying on track.
I like the breakfast ideas you suggested! I'm going to try to incorporate them into my meal planning this week. I'm not in residence this term so I'm in complete control of my diet.
I'm thinking I should put my food tracker public like yours. It would keep me accountable and probably prevent me from eating so much .
I guess I just have to remember that everything happens one step at a time. If any of this was easy, then everyone would be healthy (and skinny).

it's officially shark week! Aunt Flo came to town today...i was gaining weight the other day and this explains why...so weird that you are LOSING weight this time of the month?? boy i can't wait till my scales read 1-3-5! then i'll be firmly planted in 130-ville. aren't they so nice?? they sent us both welcome mats for coming to town!! my favorite ville so far; i started in 150-ville, and 130-ville is the most active town yet so far, with the sweeeetest people! we should set up residence in their hi-rise apartments, hehe! you'd be on the 5th floor and me on the 8th....everybody there is super nice..n they have a halloween challenge going on right now but you should join the next challenge with me! it'll be a challenge to get to 120-ville by such-and-such a date! we should travel the villes together! :D i mean, c'mon, we even pms together LMFAO!!!!
