just added you cause i saw one of your goals is to run a 5K - i just ran one and have to say I couldn't have made a better call. It's always hard to stick to an eating plan and workouts but I just chose a race day and signed up and it totally committed me. I ran at least 5 days a week no fail and managed to drop a few lbs during my training - even though I was eating a ton!
