I just read your story...I love sweets too, I do good for a while then one day start and don't stop of a while....at least you've reached it one day...I was 150...even after my children for me my height that's a good weight....then dealing with a husband and children food became my refuge....too busy so grabbing fast food....bad habits...so here I am at 51 trying to do this....I exercise and loose inches I want so bad for the scale to move...but I keep going so we can do this and we will do this together...limit sweets to once a month if you cant stop for me I have to limit to birthday only.... 11 days ago
