In 2010, I lost 28lb (2 stone!).

Since then, I've put it all back on, to the exact pound, meaning I am back up to 185lb, and boy do I FEEL it!

Everything is getting HARDER - walking up stairs, showering, shopping, stretching and, well, generally LIVING.

So hello again, SparkPeople. Please let me come back!

I have 38lb to lose in total. Baby steps, I'm planning for 1lb a week.

I'm in school to get a degree in Creative Writing. I keep promising my boyfriend I'll buy us a house once I write my first best-selling novel, since he does such a good job taking care of us while I'm in school :) And I love courgettes! I see so many recipes for baking them with parmesean and breading, kinda of like french fries, but not fried. I may have to try baking some, yum!

Ok, I did videos 2, 3 and 4....wow, but I feel pretty good. I think Day 2 was probably the most difficult for me. I bet by week 4 these videos will feel so much easier! emoticon
