I no longer do circuit training as I moved south to the Durham Region. I do try and walk on the treadmill at least 6 times a week. I try to go for 40 minutes. Also will go for walks by the lake. In the last year I have not gained or lost - just stuck where I was. I hope to be lighter by Christmas 2010!
2012 - yes! I now only have to lose 20 lbs to become 'overweight'. Shall I try for that goal by this time in 2013?

emoticon I guess that we all need to be reminded that this is not a diet, but a lifestyle change. it;s 24/7 -moving, eating and living. Have to get my head on straight!!!
