Thanks for the tip! I've done a lot of research and 1200 calories a day or more seems to be the threshold for "starvation mode". I've done well the last several months building my calorie count up, and hit between 1500 and 1700 calories per day on most days.
I am not sure just where you are located. Are you still in Canada? Tell me about the area in which you live. It sounds like it restricts your exercise choices.I wish I could give you some of our rain!! 120 days ago
