RestfulSpirit's Sanctuary
Hello from Oregon ! My hubby of 41yrs & I live full time in our 5th Wheel RV ( a Jayco Designer with triple slide outs ) . We have 1 cat left of 7 ..our Tony is 13yrs old now an Orange Tabby ! We also have 4 Betta Fish !
We both eat Low Carb first time we began eating low carb we each lost over 20 lbs each . Drs. do not like they counteract the weight loss with medications they know full well have the Prednisone effect ( side effect of weight gain ) .......Coreg, Quinapril , ...

Drs. do not like they counteract the weight loss with medications they know full well have the Prednisone effect ( side effect of weight gain ) .......Coreg, Quinapril , Insulins N & R , Glucophage all pack the weight on .... so the challenge to lose is even more difficult but not impossible !
I have serveral medical challenges to overcome CHF, COPD ,OSA, Cardiomyopathy , Systolic HF , Diabetes (diet controlled) but my heart medications do bring on full blown diabetes they say ... so another challenge to defeat lol ....!
