Hello all, I am glad that I have decided to finally do something for myself. But in doing so I am doing something for the 5 most important people in my life. I will continue until I go beyond what I thought I could. I offer my best wishes and success to you all. I am so ready to change with all of the other changes in my life. God has blessed me and I want to show Him that I appreciate it. Time to do this thang. FAT BE GONE!!!!!!!

Right now I am trying to walk 3 times a week. I currently have a 30 day shred program that i am kicking into gear in the morning wish me blessings.
