My Goals:
My goal is to lose 130 lbs within the next 365 days. Start date is July 9, 2012.

My Program:
I will be going to the YMCA 5 days per week and participating in aerobic, strength, and yoga classes.

I will be eating a reduced calorie diet and keeping a food journal.
