The first time I failed cause I wasn't ready to be someone I haven't been in such a long time. Junior year is when the weight starting creeping up now that I was 29 watching things shrink and "wrinkle" where fat had been so long, I was not prepared, I wanted it but I didn't get it. The second time, yes my emotional eating issues when my stepfather passed overwhelmed me A LOT! In fact I went through a lot of things that I will not ever share but I keep myself busy with things and refrain from throwing myself pity parties and I will get through it. My Program:
My program at the moment consists of me aiming for at least 8 hours of sleep, Doing a long walk/jog on the weekend, Monday gym usually elliptical, weights and treadmill for 50-60 mins, Tuesday at lunch do a TRX class, and Wednesday do my Tread and Shed class with 15-20 additional minutes on treadmill. I have also joined Weight Watchers since August and am LOVING IT!
