My Goals:
Get off the damn couch! ;)



Gain strength, stamina, and flexibility, lose weight and improve my overall health.





My Program:
Walking, dancing, Zumba, stationary bike, strength training with 5-10 lb weights, a healthy vegan diet based around whole grains, veggies & fruits...and wine and dark chocolate. ;)



Cardio 40 minutes a day, 6 days a week, with alternating strength training days.
