Taking Things One Day at a Time
So many exciting changes are on the horizon - selling my house, starting a new job, moving to another city and more. My goal is to dive headfirst into these new opportunities without fear of failure. And my challenge is to take care of myself and maintain a healthy lifestyle during this time. I've lost 65 lbs (and have unfortunately gained some of that back.) I started running .25 mile, then a mile, then 3, and now 13.1 miles! I've learned about fitness, nutrition, goal-setting, motivation from some of the best coaches available. I’ve laughed, cried & celebrated with the most amazing people that I’ve never met in person. It’s incredible how much joining this wonderful online community has changed my life.
