Hello everyone,
I'm RenitaDeShanne a new member of Spark People. My long term goal is to lose 81lbs and drop my cholesterol down by exercising. See My Photo Gallery for my before pics to the right . That is me at 200lbs . Currently I am 185lbs. I still have a long way to go to reach 110lbs. Any advise on nutrition or exercises are greatly welcomed.

My Goals:
My Goals lose 80 lbs of body fat and gain lean muscle mass. Get my BMI to a healthier number under 20%. Get my Cholesterol (LDL) down. Live a healthier Life.

My Program:
My Current Exercise Program:

Cardio Training 6x a week

*Elliptical trainer
*Treadmill

Strength Training 5x a week

3 days of the week

*3-4 Leg exercises

2 days of the week
*2-3 Upper body exercises

3-4 days of the week
*AB exercises

For Nutrition:
I stay within the 1200 to 1300 Low calorier/Low Sodium diet.

No fried foods
No take out except for Subway.
No sodas
No Junk foods
Drink plenty of H2O and tea

Personal Information:
Originally from Louisiana. I have been currently residing in Georgia for 10 years. No kids. Currently working for DOT full time and going to College for Biomedical Engineering. I would like to specialize in stem cell research, growing body organs.

Thank you for visiting my page and offering help with sub items that are in the book. Have you found a bread/bun instead of the Ezekiel bread? For some reason I just can't bring myself to try it.
