I am just getting a little discouraged about once again seeing the scale not budge. It happen once before for 3 weeks. That was six weeks ago. I change my exercise routine and I started to lose the weight again. And now here I am back at a standstill. I guess I am discourage because I am keeping within my allotted calories and keeping up with my cardio and strengthen exercises. So what now?
I know this will happen time to time I just feel there must be something I could do. Unless of course it is something I am NOT doing.
