I love cooking and baking and love the challenge of converting my fav recipies to low fat low carb yummy goodness!

Married to the same wonderful guy for 28 years and have 3 grown kids. My son is a cop, my middle daughter is a Social Worker, and my youngest is a lab technologist. Very proud of all three.

Good Morning! Thanks for my goodie - one can never eat too many veggies! How are you doing these days? Did you get the kitchen done? I love the picture of you with your dog - too cute! Have you been enjoying autumn? Have you made any good fall dishes or bake goods lately? I've made homemade chunky apple sauce and apple crisp but I haven't made any soups yet. I am just getting a little discouraged about once again seeing the scale not budge.
It happen once before for 3 weeks. That was six weeks ago. I change my exercise routine and I started to lose the weight again. And now here I am back at a standstill. I guess I am discourage because I am keeping within my allotted calories and keeping up with my cardio and strengthen exercises. So what now?

I know this will happen time to time I just feel there must be something I could do. Unless of course it is something I am NOT doing.
