Looking forward to 2013
I am going to lose weight before my March BP check and am starting afresh 31/12/12 for the New Year. That's my weigh in day. Just looked at the text I had my old page before I re-invented myself mid way through 2012 and I was going to lose this same weight then. This time I need to be serious. Nudge me if you see me slacking. To 30/1/12 I have lost 7lbs.

My Goals:
a) Concentrate on just tracking calories and meeting low end of range for 2 weeks. b) Keep tracking and add 30 mins walking at break twice per week for the next two weeks c) Continue with b) and add 4 days per week (7 weeks) following 28 day boot camp video exercises. I cannot commit to more exercise as I need sleep time while holding down a 35 hour full time job with 12 hours weekly commute, keeping home and garden, doing weekly shop at 81 year old pace and fitting in any other needs of my 81 year old parents. I have tried it before and it just does not work
