I Want to be a Yummy Mummy!

After 5 years of my body not belonging to me I want / need to get into my previous shape! It's been a rollercoaster of complete joy and devastation. Our first child was born in October 2008: I gained 25 pounds almost all out front. After 5 years of my body not belonging to me I want / need to get into my previous shape! It's been a rollercoaster of complete joy and devastation. Our first child was born in October 2008: I gained 25 pounds almost all out front. I didn't bother loosing any weight because I was going to surrogate for my brother-in-law and his wife, but part way through the process they changed their minds. We decided to go ahead with our plans for another child and got pregnant really quickly. At 9 weeks we learned it was twins and we were thrilled! It was heartbreaking when at 12 weeks I started spotting, and we learned via ultrasound that it was actually tripplets, and that none of them had made it to the end of the first trimester. My depression was brutal, and when I'm down I eat. I'm happy to share however that in April 2011 I delivered a beautiful 8 pound 11 ounce baby girl.

So long story short after three pregnancies, a bout of depression and now at an all-time high of 200 pounds I'm so ready to move on! I've realized that it's not selfish to want to look and feel better. I want to be the best wife and mother I can be. I want to be confident in myself again...

BE CONSISTENT! and don`t give up on myself so easily

- watch what I eat
- no munching at night
- get on my ellipical or walk outside 3 times a week
- spend more time outside with the kids

Your berry tower sounds YUMMY - what are some fun things you add - every so often, my son and I come up with something different but that berry tower sounds pretty and yummy.
