My biggest goal is to just be a "normal" weight and no longer be categorized as "obese" or "overweight". Been trying to get there my whole life!
I work out with a personal trainer once a week and I think I am going to increase that to twice a week. I also try to go to the gym at least 5 times a week and do something active every day.
I currently live in Richmond, VA but dream of one day returning home to Colorado. Gosh, I miss it there so much! I joined Spark People because of a weight loss competition at work and I have fallen in love with this site!
