Mini Rewards: Doing something nice for myself. Every 5 pound loss will be some type of reward as well as 10 percent losses. Lots of rewards to keep me motivated.
Long-Term: To get to a healthy weight and feel comfortable with it.
Total Rewards: To do something special.
Preplanning is essential for me. I have plan my week in advance so I don't have to worry about what to eat for the day, and stick to that plan. I have my meals broken into 6 small ones per day. 3 regular and 3 snacks.This way all I have to do is check the menu and cross it out after the meal. This will help me to avoid the binging and to stop my body from going into starvation mode.
I am eating as natural as possible. No artificial anything. Too many chemicals go into our bodies that the body doesn't know what to do with, I'm working on detoxifying my body of these.
