Goal: 125 lbs

I got down to 171 before joining Spark and now I'm focused on dumping the rest. I am so over being fat!

My Goals:
Short term:
-Lose 15 lbs by Christmas

-Incorporate more strength training into my routine.

-Look great for the holidays!


Long term:
-Maintain a weight between 130-120 pounds (wherever I FEEL and look my best).

-Strength train to maintain a toned and muscular look.

-Prevent future health problems related to unhealthy weight

My Program:
I consume 1200 calories a day while eating as sensibly and balanced as I can. There aren't evil "forbidden" foods in my life. I exercise 6-7 days a week. I walk, run, do Wii Fit, and use an exercise bike. My daily goal is to burn 200 calories, which typically amounts to an hour of total exercise. I break up my sessions. Short intense bursts of activity seem to work well for my body.

I (nearly) consistently lose 1-2 pounds a week with this method.

I like muffins and libertarianism.
