Response to your question...I started on the 17 Day Diet in which the first 17 days is a detox. It is a great plan but I struggling to get creative with my meals and started to fall short and from what I read you need to be totally compliant to the first 17 days. But people lost tons of weight. What are you using? I have been at this for over a year now, but seriously started back recently.
