Personal Information:
Married to a wonderful husband, have 5 pets, 3 cats and 2 dogs.

I like to go hiking a lot and and snowshoeing when possible. Like to go for bike rides too!





Other Information:
I love Leslie Sansone dvds daily. The hardest thing for me is to get moving and I start out with the Sansone DVDs and build upon my workouts from there!

Hi and thanks for adding me on and I did the same back to you. I have to tell you that I grew up in Seattle/Renton and love it and always will, but in 1982, I married my best friend from MN and we've lived here since then. Almost every year, we've gone back to visit relatives and friends. Oh my, I love the Snoqualmie area. Not quite so busy as Seattle! I miss the mountains, the ocean, the rain, the more mild climate, etc. I don't miss the cold rains, the amount of people, the traffic, more crime, etc. We feel that we could move back one day, but we've been running our own dairy, etc. since 1983, so it'd be pretty hard to pick up and move! Operating a dairy in Western WA would be quite spendy I know. If we'd move back after we'd retire, I's love to still be on the west side, say Snoqualmie, even way up, Lynden or something in that area, around dairy country! I see that you're originally from Chicago. That's quite a transition for you too! Take care and good luck to you in your journey of good health! Karen emoticon

emoticon starting with small steps is a good idea; once you have them down then add some more - I have a similar tendancy to 'analyse things to death' so you have some good points with regard to try to keep things simple. emoticon emoticon emoticon
