Stay on track

I am a yo-yo exerciser. I keep coming back to Spark People on a regular basis. I am committed to life long exercise and trying to stay on track. Consistency is my downfall, but I always manage to get back on track.

I read your comment on the challenge of staying with Spark when you are staying with your parents. I remember those days so well and how hard it was to have an agenda of my own when I visited. A couple of times I was able to do it though--take a walk even though it "startled" them, pick up some food I needed to stay on track and eat it instead of goodies; schedule a work call and take the time as a "break," from a visit. I don't know if any of that will be helpful to you, but it help me relax some and actually not resent being there so much.
